Splice Group's Code of Conduct

At Splice Group, our commitment to integrity and ethical conduct is at the core of our operations. Our Code of Conduct reflects our core values and aligns with our business strategies to ensure we consistently act with integrity and responsibility.


Our Code of Conduct outlines 15 ethical principles that embody our dedication to value-based management. These principles focus on fostering cooperation, respect for individuals, and upholding responsible business practices.


We expect all our employees to thoroughly review and adhere to the Code of Conduct. We encourage them to raise any concerns they may have. External stakeholders are also invited to familiarize themselves with these principles and report any issues related to our operations. We provide a Compliance and Ethics channel for both concerns and anonymous reports.


As part of our strategic sustainability goal for 2030, we aim to build a 100% responsible corporate culture. We measure our progress through an ethics index derived from the Ethics Barometer, which is conducted biennially. This survey assesses how well our ethical principles are integrated into daily operations. In the 2022 survey, 58.1% of our personnel participated, and our ethics index reached 85.2%. A new survey will be conducted in 2024.
