The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including
Compliance with manufacturing standards.
No separation between plies and bonds.
To claim the warranty, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase for manufacturing defects. Damage from improper handling, storage, or use is not covered. The product must be inspected by our representatives before any repairs are made.
To validate your claim, provide proof of purchase and a completed Warranty Certificate. We may require inspection of the damaged product and conduct tests to confirm manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover
Damage from natural disasters or chemical alterations.
Issues caused by water seepage, impact, or wear and tear.
Use with non-Splice products or improper storage.
Limitation of Liability
Splice Laminates Pvt. Ltd. is liable only for replacing damaged material and not for removal, reinstallation, or labour costs.
All disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in Kolkata, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
